Hi i am thinking of buying a new trial bike and the Fantic 250 seems a good buy at 4495 brand new any one had any dealing with one or do i stick to a KTM for the same sort of money have a 2006 400 EXC advice would be good thanks

I think your referring to the TRAIL bike.....there is a thread running with some views on the bike.

My view......it's has potential as a trail bike, definitely not an endure bike, so it depends what you want from it.

There are a lot of riders that would be glad of less power to go the distance at a H&H meet, too.

Less is more for me when it comes to top end power, I tried a CRF250X which was nice particularly the suspension but very revvy compared to my memoties of my trusty old XR. The Fantic did look the business at the NEC show in November but it might be too light for me, I'm used to picking up a DR350 and it's cheaper and more rewarding than gym membership.
