If Facebook is so great, why do there keep on being multiple posts?
The latest is Zero to Hero. Three times in about an hour by the looks of it.
Also goodness knows how many about the shirts.

FB is cluttered enough as it is without these multiple postings. It also shoves other posts further down and dilutes the original topic with split replies.

Never had this problem with the forum ;)

It's quick and simple, not sure why they don't post in here, could have their own boards too.

Hi David

You see multiple posts because it is posted in the groups you are associated with.

Sorry but I thought you would like to read about Mike who you rode with in May around the Barmouth area.

Lol

I am extremely happy to read about Mike, Paul.
It's the multiple posting that is ridiculous. One of the big problems with faceache is losing posts down the timeline quickly and multiple posting makes this even worse and fragments posts and conversations.

And when it eventually arrives, our new system will be based on the fb model by the sound of it so no great hope there.
I wonder how good the search function will be?

Just turn off notifications. Then you’ll only see the posts from the group your looking at rather than having it all in your timeline.

Agreed though, unnecessary posts anyway. All the posts will probably form the stories for the next trail mag.

I'd rather be without the damn thing but it's the only way of finding out anything TRF related now. :(
