I'm thinking of changing the colour of my bike to make it more appealing. What about some dark green panels and brown mudguards?
Also what about that new bike cleaner to get all that horrible mud off the bike called Elbow Grease. I really like it. My bike really shines after a good spray and rinse.

David,

your forum posts are one of the subjects detailed for discussion at a Directors meeting this coming Thursday.

Well done Mike and thanks.

Somewhat ironically, I can't attend as I am on holiday (I have emailed you my formal apology for absence).

For those actually following this thread you will have noticed how little involvement there is from the directors with the forum.
Don't have facebook so can't check there but it would appear that
either the National Conference is considered too insignificant to mention on the forum
or the members using the forum are considered insignificant for it to be posted here
as there has been no mention of the location and agenda of the National Conference on the forum

Perhaps there is an attempt to marginalise us?

Just realised you were talking about the Directors meeting Mike, not the National Conference, for which I have sent my apology for absence.

Yes that did get a bit confusing

Yes the national conference is now listed on the forum. Good news.

It also invites topics for for discussion so maybe this could be brought up then if you request DS?

I too will be away that day.

I just didn't read it properly red as I also had the email from Mike about the Conference and automatically linked the two.
I'm hoping that the discussions at Director level will elicit a decent response, which is all we need.
Hopefully Mike can keep them on the straight and narrow and ensure a reasoned discussion.

I shall be more than a tad peed off if nothing positive is forthcoming and I would hope that discussion at the Conference wouldn't be necessary.
It would be nice to have a report from the Directors meeting in advance of the Conference - I will be keeping an eye on the forum and emails while away ;)

There were 12 pages on this started earlier this year. The Directors are clearly allowing the Forum to die.

Hi Peter

Thanks for this reminder

I looked again at my post of Nov 25th stating TRF's reasoning why the forum is important. This is still valid.

I have not come across a single director who is currently advocating letting the forum die.

I have full confidence that the right man is on the job and simply suggest you allow him some time.
