Am returning to Trail riding from road bike and previously trials bikes. Had a DRZ 400, XL185 before etc. Chose the CRF 230 because of the smaller frame / ease in getting a foot down without twisting off the saddle as my back and hips create merry hell.... Am waiting to have a ride out on mine but tried another 230 out at a local fun day in Wimborne about a month ago and was impressed. The only thing I have done to help my balance is to raise and move forward the bars. |

Hi Kev, yep dead right - Simon here. Shame I couldn't come along on Sunday. Handlebars and front end was in pieces to have a checkover and I had man flu.... Looks like the ride went well apart from a small injury, hope it's not too uncomfortable. |

Yes was a good ride mate , apart from my off on the chalk at the end of the ride , thumb still painful but is a lot better now than this time last week
