Selling 2009 Kawasaki KXF 250.
Used to belong to the royal signals white helmets team hence the plastics.
Always run beautifully, only used for casual practices as I'm not a racer.
Selling for spares and repairs as i was warming it up the other day the conrod snapped and put a hole through the front of the casing (That's my theory anyway as it had plenty or oil/coolant and I know conrods take a lot of stress over time).
The res of the bike is in good condition but used, plastics have the normal wear and tear, brake pads are new, rear tyre is new and road-legal (thought about putting it on the road). Both wheels and front forks are straight and true and in general everything is in full working order except the engine. The piston is seized in the barrel but the top end should be salvageable.
Would be a great bike for spares for a competitive racer or as a repair job and sell on for much more (I do not have the time or inclination to strip the engine and repair).
Its up for £1600 but I'm obviously open to offers.
