There was a post in the members area about a big trail bike ride, and from this has come the suggestion of a weekend for riders of heavy bikes in Mid Wales. This is for bikes like Guzzi Stelvio, Multistrada, GS1200 and will be OK for dualsport tyres. The route will be scenic, and consist of steep hills, hairpin bends, some gravel and rock surfaced roads, grass if dry and not dangerous, sheep-poo and potholes, with a lot of gates! A good cafe will feature for each day's lunch stop, and accommodation will be sorted for Friday and Saturday, and Sunday for those who want to stay over.

If interested, contact marianne@ride-adventure.co.uk, phone 01686 430522 or text 07934 829559.

I could be interested but will have to check the dates, I ride a Tiger800 fitted with TKC70 so the route sounds ideal.

I could probably raise some interest from friends in Devon and Cornwall who ride similar bikes but who are not TRF members (Yet!)

Marianne, for completeness, please include me and my Multistrada in your sheep-poo clearing ride-out! Still waiting here about Derek and his Multistrada (yet to be purchased!).

If it's a TRF thing, you could always pop it in the Facebook group for a bit more exposure https://www.facebook.com/groups/936006066459157/
