Forgot to mention earlier we did a reccy for part of Le Tour, plenty of signs up already and looks like it will be chaos on the weekend anywhere near the route.

good to see you marking the Territory Pete. Lets us southerners know who's foot steps we are following in. Bit like taking coal to newcastle though   Seems to me there was enough water there already without your help

Looks like another great manchester ride out. bench mark gets higher AND HIGHER each year. 8-) 8-)

Good call Chris on your first dirtbust... And remember... Even Hammers are shiny and new when you you buy them.... Knock the edges off it with impunity... That's how we ALL learn.... Anyways... Them dents are badges of honour.... Dirtbust it like you stole it...

It looks like a very nice ride.

I have been off due to a serious knee injury. I am now back on my street bike but it would be very good to start again some off road with my dedicated 990 ADV S.

Are you goiung to organise any other of this rides?

Cheers

Nic

Good one ! Great to see big bikes on the trail.

My mate and I regularly go green laning on our 990's.
Would be great to join you some time as my data base of routes in the north is pretty limited.
Thanks for the write up. I'm new to TRF so will try to make the next Manchester meeting. Maybe meet you there ?
